GLEN MOR 2 STUDENT APARTMENTS PROJECT DETAILS
The ten acre project is located at the east end of the campus between Glen Mor 1 Student Apartments and W. Big Springs Road. Project details:
- 800 Student Apartment Beds in five, five-story buildings
- A Resident Services Office building
- Resident Community Services – computer lab, meeting rooms, fitness room, swimming pool and outdoor recreation spaces
- A Food Emporium
- A Conference Center
- A three-level, 596 stall Parking Structure for residents
The $145M project is funded solely through housing revenue bonds and is scheduled to open in Fall 2013.
