School of Business New Building

The new School of Business building complex will be a flagship facility, serving as the permanent home for the School. The building will complement the School of Business’ existing space program and fully address enrollment-driven needs in pursuit of their aspiration to become the premier center of management research and education in the Inland Empire.


Project Scope:

The proposed building will provide about 38,500 ASF within approximately to 63,400 GSF, along with exterior circulation and gathering areas. The program includes the following spaces:

  • Classrooms and Educational Spaces
  • Student Support Spaces
  • Academic Offices and Support Spaces
  • Administrative Offices and Support Spaces
  • Shared Building Resources (Lobby, Multipurpose room(s) etc)
