Consultant Team

The consultant team for the Study was selected through a two stage process. A Request for Proposal was advertised nationally. Seventeen firms responded, of which five were invited for an on-campus interview. Two of the firms were shortlisted for a second stage of interviews with executive leadership at UCR. Santa Monica based firm, Moore Ruble Yudel Inc., was selected to lead UCR the Study. The team members and roles were:
