Parking Structure 1

Parking Structure 1 is a four level parking structure and reconfiguration of existing surface parking on Lot 13.

Project Scope:

• Approximately 1,287 (800 net new) parking stalls
• Approximately 104 electric vehicle charging stations
• Parking guidance system
• Bicycle Parking
• Pedestrian and bicycle pathways to campus
• Provisions for future solar panel arrays
• Good Neighbor features (includes a subterranean parking level on the eastern edge of the structure reducing visual impact and overall height; headlight screening; full cut off light fixtures; landscape screening, etc.)
• Parksmart Silver Certification
